The SZ-R72 concrete resistivity and rebar corrosion tester combines the functions of the R61 rebar corrosion meter and the R62 concrete resistivity meter. It can simultaneously assess the corrosion level of rebar within concrete using both the concrete resistivity method and the half-cell potential method. This multifunctional device allows for cross-validation of results from both methods to determine if corrosion has occurred within the concrete.

 

Performance Features
1. Two testing methods for assessing the degree of reinforcement corrosion within concrete: half-cell potential method and resistivity method. These methods are suitable for different testing environments and their results can be cross-verified to further determine the extent of internal corrosion.
2. Corrosion testing uses permanent reference electrodes. A saturated copper sulfate solution is sealed within the reference electrode, eliminating the need to replace the solution before and after testing. The process is simple, clean, and free from contamination.
3. The corrosion test automatically detects environmental temperature. The instrument includes an automatic temperature measurement module that can test, record, and display the ambient temperature on-site, eliminating the need for a separate thermometer, making the process convenient and efficient.
4. The resistivity testing method is straightforward. It employs the traditional four-electrode method (Winner four-electrode method), with sponge plug sensors ensuring good electrical contact, and there is no need to damage or drill into the concrete; testing can be performed on its surface.
5. Includes a standard block to ensure the reliability of measurement results.
6. The instrument can set the test date. Data is saved with the test date, facilitating user data management.
7. Powerful professional Windows data analysis and processing software. Test results are displayed graphically (spectra, contour lines, etc.), and Word test reports can be directly generated, or data can be imported into Excel for convenience.
