Product Overview
The SXZD31 series integrated rebar scanner is mainly used for testing the position of rebars, cover thickness, rebar spacing, and rebar diameter within concrete structures, and can accurately draw the distribution map of the entire rebar, providing high-precision detection data quickly. The main unit and sensor are integrated, making it convenient and quick to carry and operate on-site. It adopts a multi-coil structure design, which is faster, more accurate, and has stronger resolution.

Functional Characteristics:

Waveform Scanning: Displays the position, cover thickness, and rebar spacing of rebars through waveform peaks;
Grid Scanning: Displays rebar spacing and cover thickness in a grid pattern in both longitudinal and transverse directions, allowing for arbitrary switching between X-axis and Y-axis (i.e., horizontal and vertical coordinate directions) during testing;
Profile Scanning: Displays the position, cover thickness, and rebar spacing of measured rebars in a profile form;
JGJ Mode: Achieves 1-6 repeated measurements of a single rebar, automatically calculating the average value;
The first four modes fully support arbitrary flipping forward and backward, viewing data and graphics, and deleting erroneous test data at any time during the measurement process, facilitating on-site testing.
