Overview

I. Product Overview:
The ML-105 handheld rebar imaging instrument can present the distribution of rebars and impurities within concrete structures through images, and it tests the number of rebars, cover thickness, and spacing within the structure. The testing process is completely unaffected by stirrups and can test inclined and densely packed rebars. Its special structural design allows for convenient marking of rebar positions on structures. The main unit and sensor are integrated for easy carrying and on-site operation. It adopts a fourteen-coil structure design, which increases testing speed, accuracy, and resolution.

IV. Technical Features:
1. Displays rebar distribution in an intuitive image format, accurately providing the cover thickness at each point of the rebar. Different depths of rebars are presented through color variations, vividly showing the rebar cover thickness.
2. Accurately presents broken, inclined rebars, and impurities (such as nails, binding wires, etc.) distribution.
3. Unaffected by stirrups during testing; even when crossing stirrups, it does not affect the test results.
4. No need for zeroing; special algorithms ensure that the instrument does not require zeroing operations, maintaining consistent test results over long-term use.

9. Equipped with powerful external software analysis functions, providing three-dimensional stereoscopic image browsing and generating various required inspection reports for users.
