The SXR51+ rebar locator (also known as a rebar detector, rebar locator, or rebar scanner) is used to detect the diameter, position, distribution, and concrete cover thickness of rebar within existing or newly constructed reinforced concrete.
Performance Features:
1. Long-lasting instrument connectors. The connectors used are imported from Switzerland, specifically the Lemo brand, ensuring a long service life for the instrument sockets and signal line plugs.
2. High-quality signal cables. The signal cables are made by Taiyo Yuden of Japan, featuring flexibility, durability, and a long service life.
3. Fast and accurate measurements. Our rebar detector offers rapid testing capabilities, accurately locating rebars and providing excellent repeatability in concrete cover thickness measurements, which is a distinctive feature of our instrument.
4. Long-lasting test probes. The bottom surface of our rebar detector's probe is coated with high-quality wear-resistant material, significantly extending its lifespan compared to similar products.
5. Single-probe testing. During testing, there is no need to change probes, allowing for dual-range switching, which ensures measurement accuracy and detection depth.
6. Real-time display of measurement information. Test results are directly displayed on the screen, eliminating the need for manual intervention and greatly improving testing accuracy.
7. Grid scan mode and profile scan mode. These modes provide a clear display of rebar distribution maps, with automatic boundary switching during scanning, achieving boundary-free scanning.
8. Three-wheel scanning system. This ensures the correct scanning path, guaranteeing the accuracy of the test data.
9. Powerful professional Windows data analysis and processing software. Test results are represented graphically and can directly generate Word inspection reports or import data into Excel, making the process convenient and efficient.
