Ⅰ.Instrument Introduction:

The soil nuclear-free density meter can quickly measure the density and compaction degree of hydraulic roller compacted concrete and water-stabilized layers. Adopting electromagnetic induction technology instead of nuclear source radiation method is cost-effective and highly safe. Users do not have to worry about the cumbersome environmental impact assessment application, time-consuming training, and strict transportation control. Calibration is simple, with high precision and good repeatability. It features a touch screen operation, allowing users to complete relevant operation training in a short time and master on-site quality inspection techniques.

Ⅱ.Working principle:

Under the condition that the induction plate generates a magnetic field, the nuclear-free density meter uses an innovative helical detection magnetic field to test the dielectric constant. The electromagnetic signals are converted into material density readings through the electronic components of the nuclear-free density meter and displayed on the screen. After the instrument is calibrated, the density can be read at one time.
